- Workplace Safety: Safety is a mandatory operational requirement. All site managers, employees, and subcontractors must adhere to strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, including compulsory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Quality Assurance: All materials, machinery, and labor must meet local building standards and project specifications.
- Environmental Responsibility: Operations must follow waste management procedures and environmental compliance directives to minimize site disruption.
2. Workforce & Site Conduct
- Site Security & Access: Only authorized personnel are allowed on construction sites. Visitors must log in at site management offices and undergo basic safety inductions.
- Zero Tolerance Policy: Alcohol, illegal substances, and hazardous behavior are strictly prohibited on all active job sites.
- Subcontractor Management: Subcontractors are required to maintain valid licenses and carry their own insurance liabilities unless specified otherwise by contract.
3. Equipment & Property Management
- Equipment and machinery must undergo routine safety inspections before operation. Any faulty or damaged assets must be reported immediately.
