1. Scope of Work
The scope of construction, material supply, engineering, and site execution will be defined in the individual Project Work Order or Contract Agreement signed by both parties.
2. Payment & Billing
- Payments must be made according to the agreed milestone payment schedules.
- Standard invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise stipulated. Delayed payments may accrue late fees or result in temporary site hold-offs.
3. Variations & Change Orders
Any alteration, addition, or deletion to the originally agreed scope of work must be documented in a written Change Order signed by the client and contractor before execution.
4. Warranties & Workmanship
- All structural and non-structural works are guaranteed to be free of material defects caused by improper workmanship for a period defined in the master contract.
- The warranty excludes standard wear and tear, client modifications, or unauthorized site interference.
5. Liability & Force Majeure
Neither party will be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
